Hosting. We have our own servers, so the “buck stops here.” For maximum speed and stability, we have multiple lines to the Internet, load balancing, and RAID 10 redundancy (the highest level). A synchronized, 150-horsepower Cummins diesel (which also provides power for county emergency communications) delivers up to 100 KVA of back-up power to our equipment (click Generator link to the left).

Technical Service. If you need help with a site we host, just call between 8 and 5, and we'll work it out. No menu tree to step through. No elevator music. No outsourced or difficult-to-understand service representatives.

Up-time. We'll let you calculate the percentage. As of May, 2009, we've gone down twice in the four years we've been operating. Both outages were in the Verizon network (one of the largest and best established) and therefore beyond our control.

Cost. You'll find our rates reasonable, and note that we profit only from the design and hosting of your site. We do not sell your information nor allow third parties to harvest information or place distracting ads or links on your site.

Privacy. Privacy is complete—we don't sell to third-party advertisers or marketing firms. Period. All information that is not published on your web site will remain under lock and key.
